About The Series: The Coastal Impressions Series features artistic backgrounds inspired by the ever-changing seascape and colors of the coast. Created using the leftover paint from my traditional acrylic coastal paintings, these textured pieces embody the essence of the shore—fluid, atmospheric, and full of depth. Using palette knives and brayers, I applied the paint in expressive, spontaneous layers, resulting in backgrounds that range from softly blended skies to bold, impressionistic seascapes. Each piece is a study in color and movement, serving as both an artistic exploration and a versatile tool for photographers seeking to blend their subjects with richly textured, coastal-inspired backgrounds. With collections varying from vibrant and colorful to neutral and subdued, this series offers a diverse range of moods to enhance creative storytelling.
